We want to send out consolidated transaction level reports to our department owners (managers), but they should only get data for their respective departments. Currently we have set up multiple P&L reports that filter by the relevant tracking categories, and these are emailed by the system every month to the department owners. The problem is that they need to be able to see the transaction details behind the P&L numbers to make informed decisions and to analyse the details. We currently cannot do this as there is no report available in Joiin that offers this.
You currently have a "Journals" report which is shown when clicking on the numbers from the P&L report. This is the type of data we need to send to our department owners. This report however has two problems:
It is not accessible as a standalone report - it can only be access by drilling down from a P&L report
It does not have the ability to filter by tracking categories (like profit centre)
It would be great to have a report available to run standalone similar to the Journals report, that also allows filters by tracking category and period, and the ability to auto-schedule emails to be sent out.
