If you're a Xero user you can sign up and log into Joiin using your Xero account details - there is no need to keep track of a separate login and password for Joiin.

Signing Up with Xero

Where to Sign Up 

You can sign up for a free trial of Joiin using your Xero login. You can do this one of two ways.

Xero App Store

You can access the Xero App Store directly here or if you're logged into Xero through the App Store menu link.

Once in there locate Joiin's entry either via search or directly:  https://apps.xero.com/uk/app/joiin

You can then click on the Get this app button.

Joiin Sign Up Page

You can also go directly to the Joiin Sign Up page and click on the Sign up with Xero button. If you're not already logged into Xero you will be asked to log into your Xero account.

Completing the sign up process

Once you've clicked the sign up button, if you're not already signed into Xero you will be asked to login. Once you've logged in the sign up process will occur automatically. 

You will be prompted to approve the access Joiin needs to your Xero company and accept the terms of service. Click on the Allow Access button to proceed.

A free trial account with Joiin will be created and your Xero company will be automatically connected to Joiin. You will be automatically logged into Joiin and view the companies page, with your company displayed with a status of Loading.... 

The process of loading your Xero data into Joiin takes a minute or two and once its complete you're ready to run reports.

NOTE: If the Xero company you're connecting with is already connected to another Joiin account it will not be automatically connected - you will need to add it manually through the Companies page.

Signing In with Xero

Once you've signed up with Xero you can access Joiin any time through your Xero login.

Xero Launcher

When you're logged into Xero you can access Joiin via the Xero App Launcher at the top right. Simply click on the launcher icon and click on Joiin and you'll be redirected to and logged into Joiin.

Joiin Login Page

You can also log into Joiin through the Joiin login page. Simply click on the Sign in with Xero button. If you're not already logged into Xero you'll be prompted to do so and then will be redirected to Joiin.
