You can change your account details such as account name, logo and branding colours on the Account page. To go to the Account page click on the Account menu at the top right and select Account.


NOTE: If you are using Multi-Client the menu item will be called Client and these settings will be applied to the currently selected Client.



Changing your Account (Client) Name


Your Account (Client) name is the name you entered when you first signed up for Joiin or when you first created the client. This is displayed in the top right menu. 


You can change the name on your Account (Client) by simply entering a new name in the Account name field and clicking  the Save details button.



You can upload a company logo to appear on Report Packs by clicking on the Upload a logo link and selecting an image file from your local computer. Alternatively you can drag and drop and image file into the dotted sqaure.

Image files must be of type PNG, JPG, SVG or GIF and be no more than 4MB in size. We recommend that you upload an image that already has the correct dimensions for display on your report packs. 


Once you have added a logo you will see it displayed. If you are happy, click the Save details button to save the changes. 



Once you have uploaded a logo you can change it or remove it altogether by clicking on the grey three-dot menu to the top right.



Select Replace to choose another image file from your local computer - or select Delete to remove the logo altogether. Once done, click on the Save details button to save your changes.


Changing Brand Colours


You can change the colours that appear on Report Packs.



You can set a Primary and Secondary brand colour and these will be used on all new Report Packs that you create. 


NOTE: You can override the brand colours on individual report packs if necessary - see the Report Packs article for more information.


To change the brand colours simply click on the coloured box. A colour picker will appear. You can move your mouse around the colour panel to choose the desired colour. Alternatively you can enter a colour code in - the colour code can be entered in either RGB, HSL or Hex format - click on the up/down arrow icon to select the format.



Once you've set the colours click on the Save Details button to save the changes.
