Why is my subscription price going up?
Our server, infrastructure and supplier costs have risen. We’ve also added new features to Joiin, including three-way forecasting, AI agents and new integrations. As an existing customer, you keep your loyalty discount on our new published prices.
How much is my subscription price going up?
It depends on the plan you choose. Your pricing email shows your exact price for each plan.
Do I need to do anything?
No. We’ll move you to Pro or Max automatically. You only need to act if you’d prefer a different plan.
When exactly will this happen?
On your next billing date. If you pay annually, that’s your renewal date, which may be several months away.
How do I choose a different plan?
Use the link in your pricing email, or go to the plan and billing page in Joiin.
Does the number of companies still affect my price?
Yes, as before. Your price is based on your plan and the number of companies you connect. The prices in your email and account are the total for all your companies.
I use multi-currency reporting. What happens if I move to Core?
Multi-currency isn’t included in Core. It won’t be available, including on reports you’ve already built with it. Save them as PDFs before you move so you keep a copy. If you report in more than one currency, choose Pro or Max.
What else do I lose if I move to Core?
Core includes consolidation, reports, budgets, dashboards, Report Packs, AI chat and summaries. It doesn’t include global search, the Excel Add-In, non-financial data, the Stripe connector, AI agents, three-way forecasting
or advanced reporting features. MCP is only available in Max.
I use the API, Zapier, advanced FX or MCP. What do I need to do?
You’ll have been moved to Max automatically. If you choose Core or Pro, take care with your API and Zapier connections. If they lose access, they stop returning data rather than showing an error. Anything downstream, such as a Power BI dashboard or a Zap, will quietly stop updating.
Can I change plan again later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down removes access to anything not included in the lower plan at the end of that billing cycle.
What happens if I add or remove a company?
Your price recalculates for the new company count on your plan. You’ll see the new amount before you confirm.
I’m on an annual plan. Does anything change now?
No. Nothing changes until your renewal date. We still recommend choosing the plan you need now.
