Overview

If you have multi-client enabled you can manage your clients and team through the Team & Clients page. You access this page by selecting Team & Clients from the top-right account menu.


On this page you can:


  • View information about your subscription including how many companies you have connected from your allocation.
  • Add and remove Teammates - teammates are other users who have full access to all the clients across your subscription.
  • Add and remove Clients.
  • Switch between clients.


Subscription Information

At the top of the page information about your subscription is displayed including subscription name and status and the number of companies you have connected across all your clients vs the number of total allowable companies.


Team

The Team section is where you can view, add and remove teammates. Teammates are users who have access to all the clients across your subscription. They have full control to perform any action across all clients.


Teammates are distinct from other users who can be invited through the User Management page. Users invited through the User Management page are called Client Users and will only have access to a single Client. They can also be given READ, WRITE and ADMIN privileges to that client.


Viewing Teammates

The Team section shows a list of all Teammates under your subscription with their name, email address and status (active or pending). The account owner will also be identified in the status column - the account owner is the person who initially created the subscription and who receives billing emails.



Adding Teammates

To add a new teammate:

  • Navigate to the Team & Clients page.
  • Click on the Add Teammate button.
  • Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to invite to be a teammate.
  • Click Add teammate.


An email will be sent to the user, inviting them to Joiin. They will appear in the list of teammates with a status of Pending. The user should accept the invitation by clicking the button in the email and once they have completed this process they will be able to access all your clients. Their status will then change to Active.


NOTE A single user (distinguished by email address) cannot be both a Teammate and a Client User under the same subscription. If you wish to make a Client user a Teammate or vice-versa you have to first remove the user.



Deleting Teammates

Deleting a teammate will remove access completely from all clients across your subscription. It will not remove any custom reports or report packs they have created. To delete a teammate:

  • Navigate to the Team & Clients page.
  • Click the delete icon next to the Teammate you wish to remove.
  • Confirm you wish to delete the Teammate by clicking on the Yes button.


Clients

The Clients section is where you can view, add, remove and switch between clients. A list of all clients under the subscription will be shown, along with the number of companies they currently have connected.


Adding Clients

To add a new client:

  • Navigate to the Team & Clients page.
  • Click on the Add Client button.
  • Enter the name of the client.
  • Click on the Add button.


The client will be added to the list and from that point on will be available to use.


Switching between Clients

When you log into Joiin as a Client User or as a Teammate for a subscription with only one client the client will automatically be selected. If you are a Teammate for a subscription with multiple clients you will be able to select from a list of available clients:



Once logged in you can see the current client that is selected by clicking on the Account menu at the top right:



You can switch between clients while remaining logged in as follows:


  • Navigate to the Team & Clients page.
  • Locate the client you wish to switch to in the list of clients.
  • Click on Switch to link next to that client.


Deleting Clients

Deleting a client will disconnect all companies and remove the company data - it will also remove all other data relating to that client - including custom reports, report packs, client users and configuration data.


To delete a client:

  • Navigate to the Team & Clients page.
  • Locate the client you wish to delete from the list of clients.
  • Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the client and select Delete.
  • Confirm you wish to delete the Client by clicking on the Yes button.
