Joiin July 2026 Discount Campaign — Terms & Conditions

1. Offer summary

Joiin Ltd is offering 30% off subscription fees for 12 months to eligible recipients (see section 2) who sign up for a 14-day free trial using the campaign link provided to them between 8 July and 31 July 2026, and subscribe to a Joiin plan by 31 August 2026.


2. Who's eligible

This offer is available strictly by invitation and applies only to individuals and organisations who directly received the offer email and campaign link from Joiin. Eligible recipients are contacts already held on Joiin's database at the start of the campaign, namely:


  • People/ email addresses who already exist in the Joiin database, prior to 09/07/2026, and have never subscribed to a paid Joiin plan.
  • Previous trial customers (expired 61+ days ago)
  • Contacts who attended a Joiin webinar (never subscribed)
  • Contacts who attended a Joiin demo (never subscribed) 


The offer is not open to the general public or to new prospects. Forwarding the offer email or sharing the campaign link does not confer eligibility, and Joiin Ltd reserves the right to decline the discount where the recipient does not meet the criteria above.


3. How the discount works

  • Eligible recipients sign up for a 14-day free trial using their campaign link by 31 July 2026
  • On subscribing to a Joiin plan by 31 August 2026, the 30% discount is applied to their first 12 months' subscription fees
  • The discount applies to the subscription plan chosen at upgrade; it does not apply to add-ons, overage charges, or multi-currency surcharges
  • After the first 12 months, standard pricing applies


4. Terms

  • One discount per customer / email address
  • The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or coupon code
  • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value
  • Joiin Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice
  • Joiin Ltd reserves the right to forfeit any discount for accounts showing fraudulent activity or abuse


5. Refunds & cancellations

  • Subscriptions are subject to Joiin's standard cancellation policy
  • No refunds will be issued for discount amounts already applied


6. Data & privacy

  • Participation in this campaign means you consent to receive marketing communications from Joiin Ltd during the campaign period
  • Your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy


7. No warranty

Joiin Ltd makes no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Use of the trial and any subsequent subscription is at your own risk.


8. Limitation of liability

Joiin Ltd's total liability arising from this offer shall not exceed the annual subscription cost.


9. Governing law

This offer and all related disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
