Effective Date: 9 March 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Joiin Rewards and the associated swag and quarterly £500 prize draws for 2026.
1. Promoter
The promoter of Joiin Rewards and the associated prize draws is Joiin Ltd.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are customers or users of the Joiin platform. Joiin has excluded employees of Joiin Ltd from the prize draw.
3. What Joiin Rewards Covers
Joiin Rewards is a customer advocacy programme that recognises and rewards people who share their experience of using Joiin. Qualifying contributions may include reviews, customer stories, videos, social posts, or profile updates referencing Joiin.
4. Ways to Take Part
- Leave a review on Xero, QuickBooks, G2, Google or Capterra
- Take part in a Joiin case study
- Share an image post or video about Joiin on social media
- Add Joiin to your LinkedIn skills or professional profile
If you share a video or post on social media, we encourage you to publish it on LinkedIn and tag Joiin. You may also share the same content on other social channels.
5. Swag
Everyone who takes part in Joiin Rewards and shares qualifying content will receive an exclusive Joiin beanie, subject to availability. This forms part of a limited run of Joiin swag provided as a thank you for participation. If beanies are unavailable, an alternative item of Joiin swag of similar value will be provided.
6. Prize Draw Entries
Each qualifying contribution earns entries into the relevant quarterly £500 prize draw as follows:
- Video post = 2 entries per social channel
- Image post = 1 entry per social channel
- Review = 1 entry
- LinkedIn skills addition = 1 entry
- Case study questionnaire = 1 entry
Joiin reserves the right to determine whether a contribution qualifies and how many entries it receives, in line with these Terms and Conditions
7. 2026 Prize Draw Dates
The 2026 prize draws will run on the following dates. All eligible entries received before each draw date will be included in that draw period, as determined by Joiin.
• Q2 draw 30 June 2026
• Q3 draw 30 September 2026
• Q4 draw 31 December 2026
8. Prize
The winner of each quarterly draw will receive £500. Joiin will arrange payment using a method it considers appropriate. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered unless Joiin decides otherwise.
9. Winner Selection and Contact
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the relevant draw period. Joiin will contact the winner using the details held on file or provided during participation. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Joiin may select another winner.
10. Use of Content
By taking part in Joiin Rewards, you confirm that Joiin may repost, reference, quote, or feature your submitted content in its website, marketing materials, social media, campaigns, or customer stories. Joiin will not materially edit the meaning of your contribution without good reason.
11. Data and Privacy
Any personal data provided in connection with Joiin Rewards will be handled in accordance with Joiin's privacy practices and applicable data protection law.
12. Changes and Interpretation
Joiin may amend, suspend, or withdraw Joiin Rewards or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Joiin's decision on eligibility, entries, and prize draw administration is final.
13. Separate Programmes
Joiin's affiliate and reseller programmes run alongside Joiin Rewards and are separate programmes with their own participation requirements. Please contact support@joiin.co for more information.
