What does “Premium” mean in Joiin?
You may have noticed a new Premium tag appearing next to some features in Joiin. So what’s it all about?
We’re starting to mark certain features as Premium to give you a heads-up about a change that’s coming down the line: We’re moving towards a tiered pricing model.
Right now, Joiin has one simple plan based on the number of companies you connect. It’s served us – and you – well, but as we continue to grow and add powerful new features, we want to offer more flexibility and value for customers with different needs.
That’s where tiered pricing comes in. It’s a common model in SaaS: as you move up the tiers, you unlock more advanced features. This allows us to keep Joiin affordable for smaller teams while offering deeper capabilities for more advanced users.
So what does this mean for you right now?
All features – including those tagged Premium – are still included in all plans.
The Premium tag is just a preview to show which features may be included in higher tiers in future.
Nothing’s changing immediately, and we’ll give you plenty of notice before we make any changes to plans or pricing.
Why we’re doing this
More flexibility: Choose the tier that fits your business needs and scale up when it makes sense for you.
More innovation: A tiered model helps us invest more into developing powerful new features.
More value: We can better match our pricing to the value different customers are getting from Joiin.
We’ll share more details soon, but in the meantime, if you see the Premium tag, think of it as a sneak peek of what’s to come — and a sign that Joiin is continuing to evolve.
As always, thanks for using Joiin!
