To run a report that is broken down by month:


1. Choose your report type


2. Click the filters box found at the top of the report (See image below)



3. Using the time period boxes, set the period to be the last month that you would like included in this report (Eg for a report that shows Jan 22 - Dec 22, you would set Dec 22 - Dec 22 as the time period) (1)


4. Select the By previous period option (2)


5. Choose the number of previous periods to show on the report (3)



Underneath the previous period option, there is a Financial year to date and Previous year button. You can find a video explaining these options here.
