You get unlimited licenses on each Joiin plan, meaning you can invite as many of your colleagues and clients as you wish.
To invite a new user, follow these steps:
1. Select User Management from the Account menu at the top right.
2. Click on the Add User button.
3. Enter the Name and Email Address of the user you wish to invite.
- Select the desired role - READ, WRITE, or ADMIN.
4. Click Add User.
An email will be sent to the user inviting them to Joiin. They'll need to click the link in the email, set a new password, and accept the invitation to access Joiin with the assigned permissions.
User Permissions
READ: Users can only run and view reports.
WRITE: Users can run reports, create custom reports, manage companies, manage eliminations, and customize exchange rates.
ADMIN: Users have all WRITE permissions, plus they can change reporting configuration, manage users, and handle subscription & billing.
Limiting access to specific companies
If the user has READ permission you can choose to only give them access to specific Company Groups. By default, any new users will have access to All Groups and the All groups toggle will be on.
For READ users you can switch that toggle off and select specific Company Groups the user has access to. When you restrict a user to a company group, they will only be able to see the companies that are in that group when they log on. They will also only be able to run reports for those companies and view dashboard widgets, report packs and budgets which contain only those companies.
